The best way to ascertain the measurement for a leather belt is to run a tape measure snugly around the waist, directly to your body in the waistband location. Upon making, allowances are given to ensure a correct fit. It is therefore essential that the measurement provided is accurate to form a working base. To verify this measurement, or as an alternative method using an old belt, please measure from the fold of the leather around the buckle to the most used hole. Buck Belts are made with a standard six hole spacing at one inch (25mm) apart, with the waist size at hole three from the buckle. Waist sizes up to 52” are sometimes possible, please enquire.
To place a handmade order, at the end of each product information, please select the available bespoke product options of waist size, leather colour, width, colour of linen thread and solid brass or nickel plated on solid brass West End harness buckle, proceeding to secure multi-option PayPal check out.
Typical making times around 14 days, allowing for current order waiting list and material availability. In addition to the automatic PayPal receipt invoice, as soon as possible an internal Buck Leather invoice will be raised to summarise order details, emailed for confirmation. It is important to double check waist measurement as prescribed.
Delivery to the UK is free for all items, however international shipping costs must be passed on as appropriate for specific destinations, at current costs.
For International orders please initially message your brief order requirements, together with your delivery destination. A return quote for shipping will be sent for approval. Should this be acceptable, upon receipt of an official order through the product options, an additional secure PayPal invoice will be issued for the additional delivery payment.
Upon receipt of your order, please check that it reaches your expectations, and you are satisfied. In the case of belts, please do not fasten the buckle as it will 'crease the grain' and will no longer be classed as new (simply pass through the keepers when checking for a fit).
Should you wish to return your goods within the 14-day period of delivery, please make sure they remain in a new unused condition within the original packaging. Follow the return information on the invoice for a full refund less the original postage costs. If the return is a result of our error, then we would refund both postage and return postage costs (up to our invoice rate). Refunds will be made via PayPal once the goods are received in a satisfactory new and unused condition.
