While this was evident from the pictures, what couldn't be conveyed was your approach to clients, your attention to detail in communication (not just in craftsmanship and packaging), and your overall excellent communication, which is somewhat rare but means a lot to me when purchasing remotely.

'A real artisan using only the best quality materials and old school craftmanship. I requested a custom billet belt with bridle point and fully stitched. Kevin made it happen, PERFECT!!!!! I was so happy with it I ordered a 2nd custom belt........ Number 3 is imminent!!!!!!

I own some other very good handmade belts (High Street belts don't even come close) and this one is easily up there with them.

Thank you received today great quality looks amazing but unfortunately it doesn't fit it’s too small, where does that leave me, please? You are 100% right, 41 inches 😬 I guess I measured the wrong part of my waist; I didn't put lots of effort into the measuring as my jeans are 36" and 38" and I can fit into both. I will be keeping the belt and thank you it is lovely very pleased with it. I am determined to get back to a 38" waist as not happy being that big, trouble is because I am so tall it doesn't show that I am that big. Thank you and I hope I didn't stress you out. Take care, oh yeah, I will be recommending you to my friends so hopefully you will get some more orders off the back of that. P.S Got into the belt ages ago and kept the weight off which is good, love the belt quality is amazing.

Just received the belt, looks and feels fantastic, thank you for making such a high-quality product. Sizing’s perfect as well, I'll order another in black I think come the new year and recommend to anyone that'll listen. I was searching for about 3 weeks for a bridle leather belt after having a full grain leather belt and it falling apart (was a good quality one but was about 7 years old) stumbled across a redit forum that talked about the oak bark bridle leather (was about a 3 year old post) , then I started googling belts with bridle oak bark leather and came across your site and liked the look of them and the fact that they were made to order and looked a far better finish than others at the same price point.
